FAQ

How does it works?

Scroll through our online inventory, find items you want to rent, contact us, give us a call at 413-204-4777,  or email us at jadeinteriors16@gmail.com. Our prices are for the length of the event, typically 1-2 days prior to your event through 1-2 days after your event. Most couples chose to pick up their items, large inventory can be delivered for an additional fee based on quantity of items and milage. 

Do we need an appointment? Where can we see the rental decor?

We suggest setting up an appointment to view your rental items as size and colors are best seen live. By an appointment at Indian Orchard Mills or on our Open Studio days you can see rental items styled as they would be at venues. 

What happens when we decide on rental decor?

We require a 50% deposit and the remainder 50% at time of pickup. We also require a check based on total of rental items to be held by Jade Interiors until items have been returned to True Vintage in the condition they were rented out in. For last minute rentals ( less then 30 days- we require payment in full)

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Cash, check, CC, Pay Pal and CASH APP

Do you charge for damaged or lost decor? 

Yes, many of our items are One of a Kind , or Custom Made. For small decor items that are lost, damaged, cracked, chipped, or can no longer be rented, there will be a charge of 5 times the rental fee. For furniture , we will spot clean the item, if it can not be cleaned under these circumstances you will be billed for the total cost of extensive cleaning. If an item cannot be saved and must be removed from our inventory you will be charged the full cost of the item. The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pick up to drop off of items/pick up of returns. Please ensure that all our items are secured, and protected from the weather or other harmful elements. We also ask that all items be repackaged as they were when rented out or a repacking fee will be charged. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OR ALL ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED RECEIVED AND INN GOOD CONDITION.
